Tania’s Profile: Tania has always had a deep interest in psychology and mental health for as long as she can remember. With over five years of experience in the mental health field, she has worked with diverse individuals and couples, supporting them through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.
